Please inspect your packages immediately upon delivery.

If you find any damage, defect, or missing component, contact us within 48 hours at support@bayclara.com with photos.

We’ll arrange a replacement or solution promptly—at no cost to you.

We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery.

Items must be in their original condition and packaging.

Customer-initiated returns (no quality issue) require the customer to cover return shipping costs, while defective or damaged items are fully covered by us.
