Warranty Coverage

All products purchased directly from Bayclara.com are covered by a 1-year limited warranty from the date of purchase.

This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal residential use. It does not cover damages caused by human factors such as:

  • Improper installation

  • Modification or alteration

  • Misuse or abuse

  • Use beyond stated weight limits

  • Outdoor use (our products are designed for indoor use only)

If damage results from any of the above causes, the product will not be eligible for warranty coverage, and all related return or replacement shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.

How to Request Warranty Service

If you experience an issue with your product within the warranty period, please contact us at support@bayclara.com.with the following information:

  1. The website where the product was purchased

  2. Your original order number

  3. Your name and shipping address

  4. The product name or model number

  5. A brief description of the issue

After receiving your email with the required details, we will process your request within 48 hours.
