Delivery Time

Our standard delivery time is 3–7 business days.

Note: For pre-sale products, delivery time may vary depending on the arrival of new stock.


Shipping Destinations

Currently, Bayclara ships within the United States only.

Please note that certain products may have shipping restrictions due to:

  • Local or state regulations

  • Hazardous materials

  • Oversized or irregularly shaped packages

  • Specific address types (e.g., PO Boxes or remote locations) that carriers may not deliver to


Shipping Origin

All orders are shipped from our U.S.-based warehouses to ensure fast and reliable delivery.


Multiple Items in One Order

We do our best to deliver all items in your order at the same time.
However, some items may be shipped separately depending on availability, warehouse location, or the shipping method used.

Once an item has been dispatched, you’ll receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking details.


Important Notes

  • Order Cancellation:
    If you cancel your order more than 1 hour after it has been placed, you will be responsible for any applicable return shipping fees.

  • Incorrect Address:
    If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and the package becomes lost or undeliverable, Bayclara is not responsible for replacing the order or issuing a refund. Please double-check your shipping details before submitting your order.
